Favorite part of the game: “I love the anxious feeling I get before going out to play, the sound of the crack when my bat hits the ball, the way I can work together with my team, almost like we can read each other’s minds, and the feeling of how proud my mom is as she sits and cheers me on. I love being mentored by coaches who have taught me to work hard, be confident and never give up. I have been lucky to have some amazing coaches along my journey! Most of all, I love that I get to continue to play the sport that stole my heart at 5 years old!”
